Yes. Many clients run Starter for chat + Growth-tier voice. We quote a custom blend — usually within 24h of the discovery call.
Who owns the code and data?
You. Everything we build runs in your accounts (Supabase / Meta / WhatsApp Business) or on infrastructure we operate but transfer at any time.
What if our scope grows mid-month?
We quote the delta up-front. You see the new price before we touch anything. No surprise invoices, ever.
How do we measure ROI?
Monthly report with: leads captured, conversations handled, deals closed (CRM-attributed), and cost per lead. Numbers, not adjectives.
