Scope of services
We deliver AI revenue infrastructure: chat & voice agents, CRM & automation, web applications, SEO/GEO and related consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines and prices are set per engagement in a written offer or contract, which prevails over these general terms.
Quotes & payment
- Fixed-scope quote issued within 48 hours of the discovery call.
- Retainers billed monthly, month-to-month, with no long-term lock-in.
- Setup fees are billed once at kickoff. Scope growth is quoted as a delta you approve before work begins.
- Invoices are due per the terms stated on each invoice; late payment may pause service.
Intellectual property
On full payment, deliverables created specifically for you are yours. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks and components, and may reuse generic know-how. Code and data run in your accounts or on infrastructure we transfer on request.
Warranties & liability
We deliver with professional care but make no guarantee of specific business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Cancellation
Month-to-month retainers may be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Work completed up to cancellation remains payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Chișinău, save where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
