What we collect

- Contact & booking forms — name, email, phone (if given), message content.
- Clients — representative contact details and invoicing data.
- Job applicants — CV, cover letter, interview notes (kept 6 months post-decision).
Why we process it
- Consent — analytics, marketing email.
- Contract — to deliver the service you requested.
- Legal obligation — invoicing and tax records (10 years, MD law).
- Legitimate interest — security, fraud prevention, B2B outreach (opt-out anytime).
How long we keep it
Contact submissions: 24 months. Client records: duration of engagement + 10 years for fiscal documents. Analytics: 14 months. Applicant data: 6 months. We delete or anonymise data once the purpose ends.
Who we share it with
Only with processors needed to run the service (hosting, analytics, payment, email delivery) under data-processing agreements, and with authorities where legally required. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent or lodge a complaint with the Moldovan Data Protection Authority or your EU DPA. To exercise any right, email privacy@megapromoting.com.
