What happened
From 9 to 11 October 2026, Oleg and Lilia Chetrean took part in Techstars Startup Weekend Bucharest, an event backed by Stripe. The format is simple and demanding: 54 hours in which an idea becomes a product you can show to the jury. Our team, LogiPlay, took 3rd place, “for building an exceptional startup this weekend”. The prize was presented by Stripe, QA DNA and Featherless.

The problem we chose
A logistics operator or a large warehouse works with two realities: the plan in the warehouse management system and what actually happens at the docks. When a truck is late, the dock schedule breaks down in a chain, and rescheduling is usually done by phone, from memory. We wanted the gap between plan and reality to be visible at once, not after the trucks are already waiting in the yard.
What we built in 54 hours
LogiPlay shows the warehouse in 3D, with the docks and their schedule. When a truck is late, the system flags the conflict with the next arrivals and proposes a new schedule. The proposal is not applied on its own: the manager sees it, checks it and approves it. The demonstration uses synthetic data; at this stage no real cameras or warehouse management systems are connected.
How we split the work
Lilia led the product side and validation with future users, and Oleg the engineering and integrations. We kept the principle we apply in all our products, from the aichat.md assistants to the FIR system for city halls: the AI proposes, a person decides.
What comes next
3rd place is not a customer; it is a signal that the idea is worth testing. The next step is talking to logistics operators who already have cameras at the docks and a warehouse management system, to find out whether manager-approved rescheduling saves time in the real world. If you work in a warehouse and want to see the demonstration, write to us.
