How we work

First we understand. Then we build.

A good project starts with your real process. We choose the technology after we know what it has to do, what systems it needs to work with and how we will verify the result.

01

We understand the situation

We talk to the people who will use the system. We look at customer questions, repeated steps and the places where information gets lost.

Result: a clear problem and success criteria.
We understand the situationTwo people talk; from the conversation come the recurring questions, and from them a single sentence: the criterion by which success is measured.Echipa taNoiWhat is repeatedthe same questionsthe same manual stepsSuccess criteriona sentencewhich you can verifyWe do not choose the technology up to this point
From the conversation, a criterion — not a wish list
02

We check what can be connected

We analyse the catalogue, the CRM, the documents and the access provided by existing suppliers. We separate available integration from what needs to be built.

Result: the scope of work, dependencies and an offer.

03

We build a pilot

We prepare a complete flow for a concrete scenario, with rules, sources and situations where the team takes over.

Result: a demo you can evaluate.
We build a pilotA request comes in, goes through a check and either receives a response or is handed to a human. 04

We test together

We check normal requests, missing information, integration errors and handover to people. We adjust before scaling up.

Rezultat: criterii de acceptare verificate.

We launch and learn

We put the agreed configuration into operation, train the team and set how we track usage and improvements.

Result: a system in use, with clear responsibilities.

The commercial part

How the agreement works.

The scope of work goes into a contract before construction starts — what we deliver, in what timeframe, what stays out of scope. A first instalment starts the work, the rest is paid on verified delivery, according to the criteria set at the first step.

The price is set after the scope, not before it. An estimate given before we know which systems we're working with isn't an offer, it's a guess.
How understanding is madeThe scope of the work ends up in a contract. We integrate into your way of working.

Duration, price and maintenance are set according to the complexity of the process and access to systems. A connected calendar, for example, requires different permissions than a booking link.

Approved sources

The team determines the information the system can use.

Explicit actions

We define what the agent can execute and when it asks for help.

Observable results

We track resolved requests, handover quality and working time, depending on the project.

What would you want to work better?

Tell us about your process. Together we decide what is worth building, what we can connect, and how we check the result.
