3. You see what is missing
Where the chatbot says it does not know, the site does not answer your customer either. An installed agent works from a knowledge base prepared together with you.

What we send to the AI model
The public text of the page you enter and your questions are sent to an AI model through our gateway to generate the answers. Do not enter personal data in your questions.
What we keep
None of the content. The text we read and the conversation stay in the server's memory for at most 30 minutes, while the preview lasts, and then they are gone. We keep only aggregate numbers, such as how many previews were run today.
The limits
3 sites and 15 questions a day from the same IP address, 5 questions per preview. The IP address is used only for counting, in a form that changes every day.
