From observation, to object

A measurement becomes a number. The number becomes something with mass.

Up to here we've been looking from above: satellites, layers, the slope of a street. What comes next has weight, it runs into tolerances and the price of a bearing. It's the same habit carried all the way through — a public measurement about the world, made to answer a question from here, then built.

A closed cell in which it is not the mass that moves, but the head: arm on a pedestal, fed through a hose from a stationary skid. The design is complete and controlled position by position. What follows is not research — it is component orders and a partner who finances them.

The mass does not move; only the head moves, fed through a DN25 hose from a stationary skid. The protected cell around the object measures 2400 × 2400 × 2600 mm, and the complete installation, including the automation cabinet, 4400 × 2600 × 2600 mm.

The bill of materials is complete. The order comes next.

Each of the 226 controlled line items has a candidate manufacturer, a specification and a status. What none of them has yet is the `released` status — the only one that authorises an order — because release is a procurement decision, not a design step: 108 line items are waiting on a request for quotation, 49 on an analysis, 39 are our own parts still to be drawn, 30 are catalogue choices to confirm.

Six requests for quotation are written and ready to send — guide rails, servo drives, the material system, brakes, the mixer, plus one for the arm. Sending them is a budget decision, not a piece of engineering work. We don't manufacture 3D printers: we publish the design and what comes next, because that's the part that can be verified — and from here on we're looking for partners and funding, not technical answers.

Two robots in three gravities, with physics run separately and the trajectory footprint checked between runs. The demonstration is open to anyone. The qualification gate returns an error — and we leave it that way, because it is missing only one thing and it says which.

Humanoid Sim — the same fall, three gravities, checked twice

Two Unitree robots on Earth, the Moon, and Mars. The physics is not computed in the page: it runs separately, with MuJoCo on CPU, and each scenario is executed twice from the same seed. Across all six, the SHA-256 fingerprint of the trajectory is identical between runs — that is determinism, demonstrated. Relative energy drift in free fall remains below 0.22% in the worst case.

Determinism is behind us, physics is behind us, and the qualification gate still reads “no” for one single reason, which it prints out: the joint stop isn't calibrated. We keep it that way because a gate that says “yes” too early stops being a gate. We don't sell robots — we show the simulation, the reproduced measurement, and the check that refuses to declare validated what isn't; everything past that needs physical robots, so a partner.

Three things that anyone uses, not just a client: a report that reaches where it should and can be tracked, a compliance check for a website, a QR code that takes a file without the internet. They are built to the same rules as the paid projects.

The voice lab

We train voice models, not just use them.

Grai is our research direction for speech synthesis in Romanian and Russian — pronunciation, rhythm, expressiveness, and the link between the voice model and an agent that holds a conversation. It is research and development, with the limits written on the project page, not a product on the shelf.
