MEGA services
The idea, the page, the product and what happens after.
We build and connect what your business needs to communicate, work and grow. We choose services based on process and result.
Artificial intelligence
Agents, models and everything that talks to your client.
AI assistants
We implement text assistants on our platform, aichat.md, which runs in production. The work means connected channels with proprietary code, an indexed knowledge base, tools that execute in your systems and a handover route to a human recorded in the database.
Voice agents
We build voice agents on Kallina: a written role, an approved knowledge base, tools they call during the conversation and a limit beyond which they hand the discussion over to a human. Romanian is the default language of new agents.
Telephony and contact centre
We build the phone system: SIP trunks, schedule-based routing rules, IVR menus read from the database, waiting queues, transfer to a human, call recording and analysis. The call becomes a record with transcript and summary, not a memory.
Knowledge bases and semantic search
An assistant that answers customers is only as good as the corpus it reads from. We handle the corpus: extraction from documents and the site, splitting into fragments, indexing, retrieval, the human approval gate and refresh. It includes the answer to the question of when semantic search is not worth it.
Custom AI models
The work has four parts: we measure candidate models on your data, choose between configuration, document search and fine-tuning, check the data usage rights, then keep consumption under budget per key. We have not trained any model in production so far, and we say that before you ask.
Access to AI models
We place a single entry point between the company's applications and model providers, compatible with the OpenAI interface. From there, separate keys are issued per project, with a spending cap, a list of permitted models and a list of IP addresses, and consumption is visible per key.
Transcription and translation
We transcribe audio in real time or from file, translate between Romanian and Russian in customer conversations, and deliver the text with timestamps, audio export and a consent trail. We run speech recognition through providers, via our gateway; our own Romanian model is research, not a product.
Web, commerce and product
What the customer sees before writing the first message.
Custom software
We build systems from scratch when no product on the market fits: platforms with multiple applications and a shared database, connectors to systems that do not have an API, pipelines that read documents and money movements, and programmes whose output is not a screen, but a manufacturing dossier. At the end we hand over the repository, the commissioning document and the access credentials.
Websites
We build server-rendered sites, with images in AVIF and WebP, security headers checked from the outside, a sitemap generated from data and an acceptance check run after each publication. All of this can be inspected on the page you are reading.
Online shops
We build shops and, on top of them, the layer that is usually missing: the agent that answers the customer reads the price and stock directly from the shop, at the moment of the question, and refuses to invent an unpublished price.
UI/UX Design
We work with colour tokens with a calculated contrast ratio, keyboard patterns checked element by element and animations that stop according to system preference. We verify with a tool, on real pages, and we also publish what failed.
Mobile applications
We build native iOS apps in Swift, with sensors and HealthKit, and single-code applications for iOS, Android and web when the project does not require sensors. The logic core is tested separately from the screen.
Desktop applications
We build native applications for macOS, with the logic core separate from the screen, so that the same logic also works on the phone. For Windows and Linux/Ubuntu we do not have anything delivered yet and we write that as such, with the conditions under which we would accept the work. The first question remains whether you really need an installed application.
Games and simulations
We build interactive browser experiences: rules that apply, a state that changes and a reason for the person to take one more step. Five projects built on the same stack, four of them publicly open right now.
Visibility and content
To be found by people, search engines and models.
SEO
Technical and structural SEO — indexability, canonical URLs, sitemap generated from data, redirects, titles and descriptions, thin content, speed measured in bytes. No promises of rankings.
GEO
What an agent model actually receives when it requests your page, what you decide for each of the three crawler categories, what you publish so you can be used as a source. No rankings, no citation guarantee.
AEO
Structured data, questions and answers in readable form, breadcrumb trail, organisation node. Of the three subjects, this is the one where the result can be tested, not just assumed.
Marketing automation
The service is an offer, not a delivery, and we say it first: today we do not have a system that changes budgets or bids in Google Ads or Meta. We have built and run the parts that make one — sending the real conversion signal to Google, a motor that buys paid promotion with dry-run on by default, a register that writes every action that costs, and a switch that stops an orchestrator without a bypass route.
Automated content
The motor is written, complete, and sits in the repository of this site itself: eight stages, 1,706 lines, a system timer that starts daily at 00:30 UTC. The part that matters is not generation, but the gate: five local checks, ten forbidden expressions and an extra check that looks for client names without consent, invented figures and awards we do not have. If the gate cannot run, it is not published.
Video and content with AI
We produce promotional clips and sets of visuals using generation tools — synthesised voice, images, animated compositions rendered from HTML. Every element that enters the frame has a written source and licence, and sound is measured, not estimated.
Systems, data and infrastructure
Architecture, integrations and what keeps everything standing.
Complex architectures
We design and operate platforms made up of multiple services, with a message bus, capped retries, idempotency keys, circuit breakers and publication with automatic rollback. Each pattern below runs in its own system, not in a diagram.
Integrations and automation
We connect the scheduling system, the shop, the CRM, spreadsheets and messaging channels so that an agent or a scheduled rule can read and write to them in real time. Keys stay on the server, tools have written limits, and every integration is also tested for the case where the other system goes down.
CRM and sales
We build the commercial system of an organisation: organisations and contacts, a stage path, the channels that bring data in by themselves — call, email, form, voice agent — and the brakes that stop sends before they become a problem. We do not sell our CRM; we build one for how you work.
Infrastructure and operations
Hosting, deployment, monitoring and continuity for web applications and database-backed platforms. We work on infrastructure the client can claim: virtual machines with European providers, nginx, supervised processes, containers, self-hosted database. Includes the answer to the question “where exactly is my data stored”.
Geospatial data
We build the operational map of a territory from public Earth observation sources — Copernicus, OpenStreetMap, orbital catalogues, government orthophoto — and attach to each layer the provenance, the time of the last successful read and what it cannot show. The measurements are published together with the method that produced them.
Cybersecurity
The work covers application security and privacy engineering: headers and content policy, rate limiting, the default closed position of checks, secret encryption, logs that cannot be rewritten, data anonymisation and retention periods set in code, not only in policy. We are not certified auditors and we do not issue certificates.
Maintenance
Monitoring that checks the full path of a request to a person, updates with a gate before production and an acceptance check run after each publication. All three run on this site and can be opened from outside.
Public sector and compliance
Institutions, data protection and technical decisions.
State institutions and companies
We build platforms for an institution’s relationship with the public: receiving and routing requests to the competent authority, a file with generated documents, legal deadlines tracked, moderation with a human gate, accessible public archive and retention periods applied by code. We treat interoperability with government services separately, with the actual status of each one.
GDPR compliance and Law no. 195/2024
Law No. 195/2024 applies in the Republic of Moldova from 23 August 2026 and transposes GDPR. We do the engineering part: we inventory what the system actually collects, verify the real behaviour of the page, write the processing activities register and implement retention, consent and deletion as functions that run. We do not provide legal advice.
Digital consultancy
Diagnosis on real systems, not on interviews: we read the code, measure production with commands you can repeat and ask for the primary document for each statement. The result is a list of decisions with who decides each one, not a presentation.
Robots and mechanisms
Custom-designed equipment and software that move real things.
Industrial mechanisms
The work is design: measured requirements, the three-dimensional model generated from a programme, the bill of materials with release status for each item, the electrical and safety architecture, the verification plan and the requests for quotation. We do not have a workshop, we do not weld, we do not assemble and we do not put machines on the market. We have taken only one own dossier all the way through, and the machine in it is not built — and the page says that from the start.
Systems for robots
We write kinematics, trajectory verification and reproducible physical simulation, with gates that block when the proof is missing. For vision we have a prototype on a fixed camera, not on a robot. For audio on the robot we have nothing built, and the page says that instead of borrowing evidence from telephony. We do not work with ROS.
And projects that go beyond a website.
Voice agents, operations automation, data analysis and custom-built applications.
