Where we were
From 3 to 5 November 2026, Oleg Chetrean represented MEGA Promoting at Plug and Play Silicon Valley Summit, at the Plug and Play Tech Center headquarters in Sunnyvale, California. His badge reads “Founder · MEGA PROMOTING / Taskin”, in the startup category.

How the summit works
Plug and Play works with corporations looking for new technology and with the startups that build it. At the summit the two sides meet directly: one-to-one meetings are requested and confirmed in advance on the event's networking platform, in short 20-minute slots. We met companies, investment funds and the Plug and Play teams.
What we brought
We brought Taskin, the product we are building for teams that lose tasks between conversations. Taskin turns a project's discussions and context into commitments, priorities and next steps, and keeps each task linked to the conversation it came from. Alongside Taskin, our portfolio includes the aichat.md chat assistants and the Kallina voice agents.
We used Taskin at our own summit
For every meeting we prepared a brief: who the person is, what their company does and where we could be concretely useful. Taskin sent the briefs to the phone before each slot, and what we promised in meetings became tasks with deadlines, so the follow-up message goes out within 24 hours. It was the best test for a product that promises exactly that.
What comes next
A summit is not a contract. What matters is what comes after: follow-up messages with a dated next step, and demonstrations on the real problems of the people we spoke with. We do not publish the names of the companies we met until they agree. If you were at the summit and want to continue the conversation, write to us.
