Products Electronic patient record

Clinical system for hospitals Pilot in preparation

The doctor dictates, the record fills in, the discharge summary comes out ready.

The inpatient medical record for district hospitals in Moldova: the same forms as on paper, dictation in Romanian, tests linked to the laboratory analysers and a discharge summary generated from what was written in the record.

How Electronic patient record works

Electronic patient record

From information to work done.

01

Admission

The registry or the emergency admissions room opens the record. The first page stays exactly the approved form, field by field, as in print.

02

Treatment

The initial examination, daily progress notes and laboratory referrals are filled in from templates or by dictation. Laboratory results arrive in the same record.

03

Discharge

The discharge summary and the epicrisis are composed from what has already been written. The doctor reads, corrects and signs them.

Where it becomes useful.

Doctors and nurses

Less handwriting: dictation in Romanian, templates per department and a record that anyone entitled to see it can read.

Laboratory

Referrals reach the laboratory with the record number. Analysers that allow a connection send results straight into the record, with reference ranges.

Hospital management

Role-based access, two-step sign-in for administration and a log of who opened each record.

Built by MEGA PROMOTING on the real forms of a district hospital in Moldova. The demonstration uses fictitious data only. Production starts empty, on the hospital's server, and is filled with its own staff, departments and analysers. The AI makes no diagnoses and signs nothing.

Collaboration possibilities

Electronic patient record, in the context of your organisation.

Internal flows and information

Connecting authorised sources, organising information and reviewing actions by the team, with separate access by role.

Private companies

We define a pilot around a real process: users, data, integrations, costs and acceptance criteria. Expansion follows after evaluating the result.

State institutions and companies

We establish the requirements for accessibility, hosting, data protection and interoperability. Any connection to AGE or STISC services requires validation of eligibility, access and approvals.

These are adaptation scenarios, not statements about existing contracts or partnerships. The proposed functions are confirmed within the project scope.

Discuss a pilot

Part of an ecosystem.

What would you want to work better?

Tell us about your process. Together we decide what is worth building, what we can connect, and how we check the result.
