Produse MEGA CP-CUBE-1

Roboți și utilaje Proiectare completă, fără exemplar construit

An engineering dossier for a mortar printer, carried through to the last line item.

CP-CUBE-1 is a closed cell that deposits mortar layer by layer, for non-load-bearing objects of at most one cubic metre. It is fully designed — CAD, bill of materials, electrical schematic, safety architecture, requests for quotation — and it is not built. We publish the exact status, not a promise.

Cum funcționează MEGA CP-CUBE-1

MEGA CP-CUBE-1

From information to work done.

01

Dozează

The 50 L batch mixer and the progressive cavity pump push premixed mortar through a 5 m DN25 hose. The range qualified in phase 1 is 0.7–6.0 L/min, even though the pump goes up to 15.5 — the software and the relief valve do not automatically authorise the whole range.

02

Poziționează

The table stays fixed; only the head moves. X on the gantry, Y1 and Y2 synchronised with independent feedback, Z on a vertical ram. A 1.0 mm deviation between Y1 and Y2 raises a fault and demands re-homing.

03

It stops itself

Safety does not go through the motion controller. 24 of the 64 I/O points sit on a separate safety controller, which acts directly on STO, on the brakes, and on pump inhibit.

Where it earns its place.

Non-load-bearing precast objects

The maximum envelope is 1000 × 1000 × 1000 mm, with aggregate of at most 2 mm in the mortar. Structural building elements are explicitly outside this revision.

Street furniture and shapes that are hard to form

Geometries that formwork makes expensive: curves, voids, short runs. The one cubic metre volume was chosen to fit in a workshop, not on a building site.

A test bench for qualifying a mortar

The test path (`coupon`) is parameterised in code and checked digitally: it stays inside the usable volume, reaches one metre in height, and rejects invalid configurations. It is the instrument the first printable mortar would be qualified with.

We do not manufacture 3D printers. CP-CUBE-1 is designed, not built: six requests for quotation are prepared and none has been sent, and zero line items in the bill of materials carry the status that would allow an order. The manufacturers named in the project are reference choices from a catalogue, not confirmed suppliers and not partners.

Ways of working together

MEGA CP-CUBE-1, in the context of your organisation.

Machinery and mechanism design

The engineering dossier — parametric model, bill of materials, electrical schematic, safety architecture — carried to the point where a workshop can quote a price. Fabrication and material trials are carried out in the workshop, not by us.

Private companies

We define a pilot around one real process: users, data, integrations, costs and acceptance criteria. Expansion follows once the result has been assessed.

Public institutions and state-owned companies

We establish the requirements for accessibility, hosting, data protection and interoperability. Any connection to services run by Moldova's e-Governance Agency (AGE) or its state information-technology service (STISC) requires eligibility, access and approvals to be validated.

These are adaptation scenarios, not statements about existing contracts or partnerships. The proposed capabilities are confirmed within the project's scope of work.
